VOLUME 6, NUMBER 235
Thursday, November 6, 2025

Good morning, Philomath.

In a couple of local government stories, we have a report out of the City Council meeting on the Planning Commission and Benton County Commissioners on the Coffin Butte landfill expansion decision. The latest BCSO Log is online and includes the arrest of a Salem couple for harvesting mushrooms. Speaking of mushrooms, an event is coming to Beazell Memorial Forest in Kings Valley on Nov. 9. Veterans Day is coming up and local schools are planning programs. — Brad Fuqua, Publisher/Editor
