Philomath Community Services approached the City Council at a July 27 meeting with safety concerns about the neighboring water treatment plant project. The Philomath Scout Lodge will host its annual Nonprofit Rummage Sale on Saturday. We have an obituary for Norman Oleman — age 95, born in Kings Valley and a 1948 Philomath High graduate.
