VOLUME 7, NUMBER 112

Good morning, Philomath.

A flag-placement event at Crystal Lake Cemetery in neighboring Corvallis featured Philomath connections. I also shot several photos for a gallery. The latest election results update shows the Philomath psilocybin ban passing by only seven votes. In sports, Philomath High’s baseball team won easily and the team’s two seniors played prominent roles — plus I have a gallery. In softball, Newport edged Philomath. The latest BCSO Log includes a felony arrest. In partner content, Oregon Capital Chronicle has a piece on how fuel prices are battering Oregon’s economic forecast. — Brad Fuqua, Publisher/Editor
