Good morning, Philomath.

Philomath High’s girls golf team wrapped up their season with a fun scramble on Wednesday at Diamond Woods. I ventured out with photographer Andy Cripe to talk chat with the kids and discovered a common theme. And take a look at Andy’s gallery of the team in action. I have another story out of Monday’s City Council meeting that involves the Landmark Drive LID. The latest BCSO Log reports on recent Philomath-area incidents involving that agency. The baseball team finds itself only a game out of first place after Wednesday’s win at Newport. The softball team was also in action with a trip over to Sweet Home. In partner content, we have a piece from Oregon Journalism Project that takes a look at the state’s housing supply. — Brad Fuqua, Publisher/Editor
