VOLUME 7, NUMBER 218

Good morning, Philomath.

In this weekend’s Three Things column, I have segments on Jacoby Babcock’s mountain biking, the new Hot Lava Course at PES and a feed store getting love from K-9s. The PHS football team ran into a very tough Cascade team Friday night. Coverage includes a photo gallery. The latest OSP Log includes details of two fatal crashes on I-84. Philomath’s Brent Kaseman has his first installment of The Deacon’s Desk. The Oregon Capital Chronicle has fact-checking info out of that Kotek-Drazan debate a few days ago. Later this weekend, I’ll have a feature on the homecoming queen and king along with a photo gallery from Friday’s parade in the morning and halftime activities in the evening. — Brad Fuqua, Publisher/Editor
