Good morning, Philomath.

The Green Heron Gallery will host a special event on Friday evening. The latest Philomath Fire and Rescue Calls include two responses related to power-pole fires. The Philomath Police Log includes items on fraud, ID theft and an assault. Plus, lot of sports from last night. The girls soccer team scored nine goals and ended the game at halftime against Taft. The boys soccer team posted a conference win on the road. The volleyball team dropped a match in four sets. From last weekend, the cross-country team competed at Woahink Lake. — Brad Fuqua, Publisher/Editor
