Died—William Henry Morgan on Wednesday, June 4th, at Philomath, aged 65 years, of paralysis. The funeral services were held this afternoon at 2:30 at the U.B. church at Philomath. Interment was made in Newton cemetery.

Funeral of William H. Morgan

Philomath, Or., June 11—The funeral of William H. Morgan, who died June 4, was held at the Philomath First United Brethren church by the Rev. I.R. Hughey and Dr. Fisher. Mr. Morgan was born in Waterloo, N.Y., July 31, 1849. In 1880 he was married to Miss Naomi Webb. About 1889 he and Mrs. Morgan returned to New York state from Nebraska. In 1896 the family settled in Marion, Or., later moved to Corvallis, and in 1912 moved to Philomath. In his trouble, progressive paralysis, he lingered long and suffered untold agony.
