• Crash, 4:15 p.m., Highway 20 near Lone Star Road, two-vehicle collision, three people transported to hospital, BCSO’s report included witness information that a vehicle was speeding, tailgating and passing unsafely, which sparked a road rage incident; the first vehicle lost control of his vehicle and crashed head-on into another vehicle that was forced off the highway; the driver of the first vehicle was cited for careless driving; see separate story.

• Warrant, 1 p.m., Highway 20 near milepost 20, deputies arrested a 34-year-old Philomath man for misdemeanor warrants out of Philomath and Albany, and on a misdemeanor suspended license charge. He was also cited for use of prohibited lighting equipment.
