FRIDAY, JAN. 7
• Medical, 10:14 a.m., 24000 block of Ervin Road.
SUNDAY, JAN. 9
• Medical, 3:31 p.m., 25000 block of Starr Creek Road.
MONDAY, JAN. 10
• Fire, 6:57 a.m., 1500 block of Main Street, shop/garage destroyed. Read a separate story on this fire here.
• Fire alarm, 7:13 a.m., 700 block of Deer Creek Way.
• Medical, 2:01 p.m., 33000 block of Dorset Lane.
• Medical, 4:25 p.m., 2000 block of Chapel Drive.
TUESDAY, JAN. 11
• Medical, 5:16 p.m., 1800 block of Main Street.
WEDNESDAY, JAN. 12
• Crash, 4:13 p.m., Highway 20 near Blodgett, two-vehicle collision in front of Blodgett Store; minor injuries for two people in one vehicle and one person in the other vehicle; fuel spill occurred in store’s parking lot which required absorbent to be laid down by Fire & Rescue; response included truck company with three personnel and a duty officer to assist Blodgett Fire Department, which was at the scene with four personnel; Oregon State Police responded to take the report; all vehicles were off of the roadway with no closure of Highway 20 needed. According to Capt. Rich Saalsaa, “The car fortunately came to a stop before the gas island of the store, or it would have been much worse.”
