The Philomath Fire & Rescue Board of Directors plans to meet at 3 p.m. Monday at Station 201 for its monthly regular meeting.
The agenda includes under the heading of new business, discussions on the upcoming Oregon Fire District Directors Association Conference and the fire department’s quarterly “Pulse Check” with reviews of a best practices survey, letter from the district’s contracted certified public accountant and the first reading of a job description for the administrative assistant position.
Under old business, the agenda lists chief review process, standard of coverage review, board self-evaluation, lieutenant job description and union motions.
The meeting also typically includes various reports from staff and associations.
The board plans to adjourn into closed session “to consider dismissal or discipline, or complaints against an officer, employee, staff or agent” and “to evaluate the performance of an officer, employee or staff member.”
