FRIDAY, DEC. 1
• 9:28 a.m. — Firefighters provided public assistance in the 23900 block of Mouse Mountain Road.
• 10:53 a.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a report of a single-vehicle rollover crash on Highway 20 near Lone Star Road. The driver, a 44-year-old Newport woman, was transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center for medical evaluation. See separate story.
Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to a call at 7:04 a.m. in the 1200 block of North 19th Street.
SATURDAY, DEC. 2

SUNDAY, DEC. 3
• 10:35 a.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash on Highway 20 near Priest Road involving a car and semi-truck that were both off the road. The car, which had the driver and four passengers, had minor driver-side damage. The semi with the driver and one passenger was approximately 50 feet off the road. One individual with minor injuries was transported to Good Samaritan Regional Center via Corvallis Fire ambulance. Fire and Rescue’s response included an engine with three crew, a rescue vehicle with one personnel and a duty officer.

MONDAY, DEC. 4
• 9:18 a.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm in the 1000 block of North 19th Street.
• 4:34 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a burning complaint in the 400 block of North Ninth Street.
