SATURDAY, JUNE 6
• 4:42 p.m. — Emergency medical services personnel were dispatched to a motorcycle crash with injuries on Airport Avenue and responded with five personnel in an engine and a command vehicle. Upon arrival, Corvallis Fire Department crews were on the scene providing care to a single motorcycle rider. The Philomath crew checked for any needed assistance and returned to quarters.

THURSDAY, JUNE 11
• 8:59 a.m. — Firefighters were dispatched along with the Corvallis Fire Department and Monroe Rural Fire Protection District to a structure fire on Highway 99 and responded with seven personnel in an engine, a water tender and a command vehicle. Upon arrival, crews found an 8-by-15-foot outbuilding with heavy smoke showing. A farm employee with a water truck was attempting to extinguish the fire. The Corvallis Fire Department was assigned to fire attack and the Philomath crew provided additional manpower. The Monroe district was canceled prior to arrival. The scene was turned over to the Benton County Sheriff’s Office to secure for the Oregon State Fire Marshal to complete the fire investigation.
• 11:26 a.m. — Firefighters responded to a burn complaint in the 400 block of Landmark Drive.
