The Philomath School Board plans to meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at the school district office for its regular monthly meeting with an agenda that includes an update on construction projects and a discussion about crossing guards.
Also on the agenda for the Sept. 12 meeting, the board may be welcoming a student representative to the table and the superintendent will lead a discussion on the State Report Card timeline.
Reports from associations, superintendent and business manager will be shared. Discussion about a Region 10 representative to the Oregon School Boards Association board is scheduled. The board will also consider adding an interdistrict transfer student slot to Philomath Academy.
The Philomath School District office is located at 1620 Applegate St., with access to the meeting through a door at the back of the building. Meetings are also streamed on the school district’s YouTube channel.
