The Philomath Planning Commission will hold two public hearings at 6 p.m. Monday at Philomath City Hall on applications involving properties in the city’s light industrial zone.

The first hearing involves The Shop at 134 S. 10th St. The applicant, Joe Noble, is proposing to construct an approximately 7,200-square-foot automotive repair facility. The second hearing concerns Curtis Properties with applicant Kyle Curtis seeking to expand the existing warehouse and showroom at 921 Applegate St. by roughly 540 square feet — about a 25% expansion.

The meeting agenda also includes a planning and building activity report from staff.

In addition to attending at City Hall, the meeting can also be viewed on the city’s YouTube channel.
