A project to connect the Philomath Frolic and Rodeo grounds to sewer service will force the closure of South 13th Street between Cedar Street and Chapel Drive, the city of Philomath announced.
The stretch of road is scheduled to be closed 7 a.m.-6 p.m. from March 31-April 4 and April 7-11. The street will be open in the evenings and on weekends.
