The Philomath All-Night Party Committee has monthly meetings coming up and welcomes volunteers to join the effort. The group has also set up a fundraising opportunity for Thursday, Jan. 13 through Papa’s Pizza.

The organization said it still needs volunteers to help with the party, which is scheduled for June 11. The committee welcomes any parents of high schoolers, not just seniors, to participate.

Meetings have been scheduled for Jan. 10, Feb. 2, March 7 and April 1. Each meeting begins at 6 p.m. in Philomath High School’s community conference room (use front entrance, room located across the hallway from the office).

The committee has a fundraiser coming up on Thursday, Jan. 13 through Papa’s Pizza. Download and print out this flyer and bring it to Papa’s Pizza in Corvallis (1030 SW Third St.) and the organization will receive 50% of the value of the food purchased. Beverages and delivery orders are excluded. The fundraiser flyer cannot be distributed at Papa’s Pizza and is valid all day only on Jan. 13. For those who cannot print a flyer and need one, send an email here.

The senior party is scheduled to run from 10 p.m.-4:30 a.m. June 11 at Philomath High School. Send an email for information on ticket costs. The committee stresses that the cost should not stop anyone from coming — scholarships are available.

“Even if you can only help on the night of for an hour or three, let us know,” volunteer Nicole Carter said, who provided an email address where ideas and questions can be shared. “Please encourage your senior to register and come celebrate their wonderful achievement.”

Carter said information was emailed on Jan. 3 to seniors with cost and registration details. Parents that did not receive an email (check spam folder) can reach out to philomathseniorparty@gmail.com.

The committee invites businesses and individuals to donate goods or money to help with this special event for graduating seniors.
