DAILY REPORTS
FRIDAY, NOV. 15
• 12:30 p.m. — Police responded to a crash in the 3100 block of Main Street. No injuries were reported.
Other calls: Police responses included an extra patrol at 12:01 a.m. (Philomath City Park), shots heard at 9:38 p.m. (North 12th Street), mental health situation at 9:38 p.m. (North 15th Street) and citizen assistance with a fall at 10:02 p.m. (Applegate Street). In addition, police assisted another agency on a call at 3:28 p.m. (Peterson Road). PPD reported seven traffic stops.
SATURDAY, NOV. 16
• 11:32 a.m. — Police responded to a crash at Main Street and North 14th Street. No injuries were reported.
• 12:59 p.m. — Police responded to a disturbance in the 600 block of Main Street involving a fight over property between two adult females. The individuals were separated.
Other calls: Police responses included a suspicious circumstance at 1:54 p.m. (South Eighth Street) and an extra patrol at 10:08 p.m. (Philomath City Park). PPD reported 13 traffic stops.
SUNDAY, NOV. 17
• 1:46 a.m. — Police arrested a 36-year-old Corvallis man at North 19th Street and Industrial Way on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a criminal citation.
• 3:03 a.m. — Police arrested a 52-year-old Sweet Home man in the 2300 block of Main Street on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
• 4:45 p.m. — Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of North 15th Street involving prescription medication that had gone missing from a residence.
Other calls: Police responses included an animal complaint at 1:24 a.m. (Pioneer Street), extra patrols at 2:16 a.m. and 9:06 p.m. (Philomath City Park), report of a runaway at 5:11 p.m. (Cedar Street) and citizen contact at 9:08 p.m. (Philomath City Park). In addition, police assisted another agency on a call at 11:13 p.m. (Highway 20/34). PPD reported 11 traffic stops.
MONDAY, NOV. 18
• No calls of significance were reported.
Other calls: Police responses included extra patrols at 3:05 a.m. and 5:57 a.m. (Philomath City Park), animal complaint at 1:13 p.m. (South 13th Street), found dog at 2:03 p.m. (Main Street), animal complaint at 5:58 p.m. (Main Street), dog at large at 8:10 p.m. (South 17th Street) and trespassing at 11:26 p.m. (South 15th Street). In addition, police assisted other agencies on calls at 2:41 p.m. (Rosecrest Drive) and 10:57 p.m. (Noon Road). PPD reported six traffic stops.
TUESDAY, NOV. 19
• 5:37 a.m. — Police arrested a 58-year-old Medford man on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants (drugs) during a traffic stop at Southwest Country Club Drive and Southwest Barley Hill Drive, Corvallis.
Other calls: Police responses included an abandoned vehicle at 8:25 a.m. (Green Street), abandoned vehicle at 8:47 a.m. (Applegate Street), request for a drug recognition expert at 8:56 a.m. (Applegate Street), abandoned vehicle at 9:14 a.m. (North 18th Street), city ordinance violation at 11:47 a.m. (Main Street) and found bicycle at 6:44 p.m. (Main Street). PPD reported four traffic stops.
WEDNESDAY, NOV. 20
• 9:52 a.m. — Police responded to a report of theft in the 1700 block of Main Street. No other details were made available other than a report was taken and assigned a case number.
• 4:18 p.m. — Police assisted the Eugene Police Department with the arrest of a 36-year-old Philomath woman on charges related to an alleged bomb threat that had been made to Eugene Airport. See separate story.
• 10:13 p.m. — Police arrested a 62-year-old Philomath man on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol .08 through .14) during a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Main Street.
Other calls: Police responses included citizen assistance at 3:33 p.m. (South Eighth Street). PPD reported no traffic stops.
THURSDAY, NOV. 21
• No calls of significance were reported.
Other calls: Police responses included an extra patrol at 10:47 a.m. (Applegate Street), citizen assistance at 12:34 p.m. (address not reported) and a parking ordinance violation at 7:09 p.m. (South 23rd Street). PPD reported three traffic stops.
