FRIDAY, NOV. 15

• 10:42 p.m. — Emergency medical services responded as part of a mutual aid call to a single-vehicle crash on Highway 20 about 1 mile west of Burnt Woods. Upon arrival in heavy fog, a truck was found off the roadway on the eastbound side into trees facing west. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office was at the scene. The driver, a man in his 40s, had suffered injuries and was trapped in the vehicle. Philomath Fire and Rescue extricated the driver and provided medical care. The foggy conditions prevented a Life Flight helicopter from being able to land and the man was transported via ground ambulance to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis.

SUNDAY, NOV. 17

• 7:41 p.m. — Firefighters went on standby at the Benton County Fairgrounds for the Corvallis Fire Department.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to a call at 11:03 a.m. (Applegate Street).

MONDAY, NOV. 18

• 2:40 p.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a crash in the 2100 block of Rosecrest Drive. While en route, the call for service was canceled by law enforcement with no injuries reported.

• 4:52 p.m. — Firefighters went on standby at the Benton County Fairgrounds for the Corvallis Fire Department.

• 5:52 p.m. — Firefighters went on standby at the Benton County Fairgrounds for the Corvallis Fire Department.
