FRIDAY, JUNE 12
• No calls of significance were reported.

SATURDAY, JUNE 13
• 7:45 a.m. — Police arrested a 43-year-old Philomath man in the 1800 block of College Street on a charge of violating a release agreement. The man had been released from jail on June 12 and a GPS ankle monitoring device showed that he returned to a restricted location in Philomath.
Other calls: Police responses included citizen assistance at 12:16 a.m. (Landmark Drive), extra patrol at 7:47 a.m. (Applegate Street and South 14th Street), juvenile issue at 11:24 a.m. (South 19th Street), dog at large at 1:54 p.m. (Pioneer Street and North 12th Street), found property at 5:20 p.m. (Applegate Street and South Ninth Street) and a noise disturbance at 10:07 p.m. (Newton Street). In addition, police assisted other agencies on calls at 5:08 p.m. (Highway 20 and Harris Road) and 5:34 p.m. (Chapel Drive). PPD reported nine traffic stops.
SUNDAY, JUNE 14
• 11:35 a.m. — Police filed a report about a disgruntled female who attends church shouting a threat to staff.
• 12:09 p.m. — Police responded to a report of inappropriate drawings at Philomath City Park’s skate park. The drawings were done in chalk and washed off by the public works department.
• 4:25 p.m. — Police responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 500 block of North 12th Street involving a vehicle window that was broken.
• 5:54 p.m. — Police arrested a 25-year-old Tangent man during a traffic stop at Main Street and South 26th Street on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol .08 through .14) and reckless driving.
Other calls: Police responses included a report of a dog in a hot vehicle at 9:07 a.m. (Main Street), vehicle with doors and glove box open at 9:39 a.m. (Chapel Drive), civil issue at 12:15 p.m. (Quail Glenn Drive), citizen assistance at 1:21 p.m. (Applegate Street) and a domestic disturbance at 8:42 p.m. (North 16th Lane). PPD reported 14 traffic stops.
MONDAY, JUNE 15
• 10:57 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a hit-and-run in the 1700 block of Main Street involving damage to the driver’s side of a vehicle.
Other calls: Police responses included domestic disturbance at 2:51 a.m. (Kings Valley Highway), welfare check at 8:38 a.m. (South 20th Street), city ordinance violation at 1:28 p.m. (North 12th Street and Grant Street), juvenile complaint at 6:11 p.m. (Newton Street), juvenile complaint at 8:16 p.m. (Newton Street) and a welfare check at 8:36 p.m. (Newton Street). In addition, police assisted another agency on a call at 12:11 a.m. (Highway 20 and Kings Valley Highway). PPD reported no traffic stops.
TUESDAY, JUNE 16
• 3:37 p.m. — Police responded to a report of theft in the 300 block of Vincent Street involving a motor that had been stolen from a boat.
• 5:21 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a woman not wearing pants in the 100 block of South 14th Street. The woman was found to be wearing brown pants.
Other calls: Police responses included a found wallet at 5:37 p.m. (South 23rd Street), pills on the ground at 7:18 p.m. (Applegate Street) and unsecured premises at 7:35 p.m. (South 16th Street). PPD reported two traffic stops.
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 17
• 7:29 a.m. — Police arrested a 43-year-old Philomath man in the 1800 block of College Street on a charge of violating a release agreement.
• 9:37 p.m. — Police responded to a report of driving while suspended at North 13th Street and College Street. A report was taken and no information was included about a possible arrest or citation.
Other calls: Police responses included a report of trespassing at 10:26 a.m. (Main Street), welfare check at 1:39 p.m. (Quail Glenn Drive) and a dog barking at 9:26 p.m. (Applegate Street). PPD reported eight traffic stops.
THURSDAY, JUNE 18
• 5:23 p.m. — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at South 14th Street and Applegate Street. No injuries were reported.
• 9:12 p.m. — Police arrested a 38-year-old Independence man during a traffic stop in the 19400 block of Highway 34, Alsea, on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol) and reckless driving.
Other calls: Police responses included citizen assistance at 6:25 p.m. (South 19th Street) and a bar check at 10:04 p.m. (Main Street). PPD reported four traffic stops.
