FRIDAY, JUNE 12

• 8:03 a.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm activation in the 200 block of South 16th Street.

SATURDAY, JUNE 13

• 5:06 p.m. — Emergency medical services personnel were dispatched to a crash reportedly with injuries on Highway 20 near Wren and responded with eight personnel in an engine, a rescue vehicle and a command vehicle. Upon arrival, crews found a two-vehicle head-on collision at highway speed with glancing contact. One individual was transported by a Corvallis Fire Department ambulance. Additional vehicle occupants denied injury and declined medical assessment or treatment.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to a call at 9:08 p.m. (West Hills Road).

SUNDAY, JUNE 14

• 1:28 p.m. — Firefighters were dispatched to an all-county fire response with the Corvallis Fire Department in the 7900 block of Northwest Skillings Drive in Corvallis and responded with three personnel in a light brush truck and a command vehicle. The Philomath crew was canceled while en route.

• 3:58 p.m. — Firefighters were dispatched to an all-county fire response with the Corvallis Fire Department in the 5800 block of Southwest West Hills Road and responded with three personnel in a light brush truck and a command vehicle. Upon arrival, crews found a fully involved vehicle fire that was spreading to ground cover and tree limbs. The fire was extinguished, and overhaul and containment were completed.

• 4:19 p.m. — Firefighters were dispatched to a burn complaint in the 24000 bloc of Gellatly Way and responded with five personnel in an engine and a command vehicle. Upon arrival, crews extinguished a burn pile and recommended placing a sprinkler on the fire area overnight due to continuing hot weather.

MONDAY, JUNE 15

• 7:19 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm activation in the 700 block of Deer Creek Way.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to a call at 4:54 p.m. (Applegate Street).

TUESDAY, JUNE 16

• 2:45 p.m. — Firefighters were dispatched to a pole fire on Bellfountain Road and responded with seven personnel in an engine, a heavy brush truck, a light brush truck and a command vehicle. Crews arrived in the area and attempted to locate the affected power pole but were unable to find any signs of fire at that time.

• 7:18 p.m. — Firefighters were dispatched to a smoke investigation near Chapel Drive and South 19th Street and responded with four personnel in an engine, a light brush truck and a command vehicle. Upon arrival, crews found a large commercial generator with smoke coming from the exhaust. Crews observed that the generator was in regeneration mode.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 17

• No calls of public significance reported.

THURSDAY, JUNE 18

• No calls of public significance reported.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 3:50 p.m. (South 27th Street) and 6:31 p.m. (Kings Valley Highway).
