The Philomath High School girls tennis team rolled to a pair of 8-0 victories Tuesday in a Special District 2 double dual at Junction City. The Warriors defeated both the host school and Creswell.
In the win over Junction City, the Warriors swept all eight matches in straight sets. Singles winners were Bailey Bell (6-0, 6-0), Adele Beckstead (6-0, 6-2), Megan Reese (6-2, 6-3) and Elise Reese (6-1, 6-2).

Creswell had only two singles players and a doubles team available to play so five of the eight matches were Warrior wins by forfeit. Bell at No. 1 singles won 6-0, 6-0, and Durski played No. 2 singles and posted a 6-0, 6-0 victory. In the doubles match, Dodson and Carlisle won 6-1, 6-0.
