The Philomath Fire and Rescue Board of Directors will meet for its monthly meeting at 3 p.m. Monday, Dec. 11 at Station 201 with an agenda filled with routine business.
The board chair is scheduled to swear in Joe Brier to the Position 1 seat at the meeting. Brier will finish two years of an unexpired term on the board.
Other business includes votes on accepting an audit and plan of action and Civil Service Commission rules. Discussions are planned on a policy addition and board member code of conduct as well as updates on the district’s credit card transition, personnel manual and administrative directives review and plans for the annual appreciation dinner.
The agenda also provides time for reports from Fire Chief Chancy Ferguson, Deputy Fire Chief Rich Saalsaa, office administrator Ashley Scott, the volunteer association’s Dan Eddy, the firefighter union’s Scott Moser and City Council liaison Christopher McMorran.
