FRIDAY, JULY 21

• No calls of public significance reported.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 11:12 a.m. in the 2200 block of Applegate Street (medical transport needed); 2:24 p.m. in the 30000 block of Peterson Road; and 5:51 p.m. in the 500 block of Heritage Hills Drive.

SATURDAY, JULY 22

• 2:34 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm in the 600 block of Clemens Mill Road.

• 5:52 p.m. — Firefighters provided coverage for the Corvallis Fire Department’s Station 2 in a mutual aid call.

• 8:57 p.m. — Philomath Fire and Rescue deployed two personnel to the Golden Fire outside Klamath Falls. Capt. Andy Louden served as deputy incident commander and Lt. Levi Schell served in logistics. Louden and Schell returned to their home district Thursday.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to a call at 8:08 a.m. in the 1700 block of Main Street (medical transport needed).

SUNDAY, JULY 23

• No calls of public significance reported.

MONDAY, JULY 24

• 7:15 a.m. — Firefighters responded to a small fire located on Highway 20 about 3 miles west of Philomath with a brush truck with three personnel. A small area that burned was determined to have ignited from discarded smoking materials.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 10:10 a.m. in the 23000 block of Ervin Road (medical transport needed) and 10:10 a.m. in the 24000 block of Pleasant View Drive (medical transport needed).

TUESDAY, JULY 25

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 7:43 a.m. in the 23000 block of Highway 34 and 1:07 p.m. in the 23000 block of Highway 34 (medical transport needed).

WEDNESDAY, JULY 26
