The Philomath Fire and Rescue Board of Directors will hear an audit presentation and consider approving the district’s audit when it meets at 3 p.m. Monday at Station 201.

Kori Sarrett of the accounting firm Accuity is scheduled to give the presentation. Staff have recommended the board approve it as presented.

Under old business, the board is scheduled to accept the job descriptions for the district’s administrative officer and operations chief positions following a final reading, a step that was also on the September agenda. Board members will also hear an update on the district’s Chief 360 Survey and a district liaison report.

Under new business, Operations Chief Dan Eddy will present a list of surplus items.

Reports on the agenda include updates from the fire chief, operations chief and office administrator. Representatives from the Philomath Volunteer Association, the firefighters union and the City Council’s liaison are also scheduled for reports.

The Oct. 12 meeting can be attended in person at 1035 Main St., or via Zoom (Meeting ID: 857 8949 8234, Passcode: 860360).
