RANDOM OBSERVATION: The city has really been rolling out the new logo. I’ve been noticing it a lot over the past couple of weeks. The branding was in full force at the swearing-in ceremony a couple of days ago (see “Philomath in Photos” for the monogramed “P” on cookies). — Brad Fuqua, publisher/editor
