VOLUME 6, NUMBER 233
Tuesday, November 4, 2025

Good morning, Philomath.

We have a lot of sports to report from over the weekend. On Saturday, news broke about Philomath High’s football forfeiture vs. Sweet Home, which knocked the Warriors out of the playoffs. The cross-country teams both qualified for state with Leo Pausch and Cassidy Smart winning individual titles. In volleyball, the Warriors advanced to the 4A tournament with a sweep over Madras. The girls soccer team is preparing to host a first-round playoff game vs. Molalla. We also have the Philomath Police Log, Philomath Fire and Rescue Calls and a preview of today’s Park Advisory Board meeting. — Brad Fuqua, Publisher/Editor
