Good morning, Philomath.

The Philomath Scout Lodge is gearing up for its Nonprofit Rummage Sale, an event that helps organizations raise funds for their various causes. It’s still a ways out, not until Saturday, Aug. 9, but put it on the calendar if you like searching for deals and hidden treasures. Also in this newsletter, we have the weekly Philomath Police Log and the Philomath Fire and Rescue Calls. — Brad Fuqua, Publisher/Editor
