Good afternoon. In the newsletter today: Philomath High’s boys basketball team battled to the end in an elimination game against Madras this morning but fell short with a season-ending loss. The girls, meanwhile, beat Marist in its opener last night and will play tonight against Henley in the semifinals. Also, a preview of the City Council’s meeting this coming Monday and the latest installment of Mount Union Stories.
