Good afternoon. In the newsletter today: The girls basketball team won its first-round playoff game Saturday and join the boys with advancement to the 4A tournament in Forest Grove. Also, local firefighters participate in a “burn to learn” exercise, we have the most recent Fire Calls and Police Log and also a news item about a 21-year-old man killed when he crashed into the railroad trestle on 53rd Street in Corvallis.
