Missing sidewalks on the south side of Neabeack Hill Drive will be a topic of a virtual meeting at 3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, involving the city’s Public Works Committee.

The issue had been brought up during the Nov. 9 City Council meeting and was referred to the Public Works Committee. Councilor David Low, who lives in the vicinity and often goes on walks through the neighborhood with his wife, brought up the issue.

Low pointed out in a letter dated Oct. 31 that Schneider Homes did not install the sidewalks prior to completion of the development. Seven years ago, management of the subdivision was turned over to the Neabeack Hill Homeowners Association.
