The National Weather Service issued an alert until 10 a.m. Tuesday with dense freezing fog conditions in southern Willamette Valley.
Dense freezing fog can reduce visibility and produce potentially slick conditions due to frost, the agency reported.
“If driving, slow down, use your headlights and leave plenty of distance ahead of you,” the NWS alert advises.
