Bright’s Disease
Takes F.A. Dann
F.A. Dann, resident of Corvallis and Philomath a number of years, died at 4:30 o’clock Tuesday afternoon at the family home on north Third street. He had been ailing two years or more from Bright’s disease and complications and during the past few days his condition had been so serious that the end was not unexpected. The funeral service will be held from Bovee’s funeral parlors Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock and interment will be in the Newton cemetery. Rev. J.P. Clyde, of the Congregational church, will officiate.
Mr. Dann is survived by his widow and three children. They are Alva E. Dann, agent for the Metropolitan Company, and Mrs. R.O. Arpke, both of Corvallis, and Glenn Dann of Summit.
Mr. Dann and his family came West ten or twelve years ago and during that time had made their home in Benton county. He had property interests in the county and until illness fastened its hold upon him was actively interested in business life.
