Clyde O. Snow was born in Knox county, Mo., died February 19th, 1902, at Blodgett, Oregon. He was the youngest son of the late Amos Snow and Mrs. Margaret Snow. His health began to fail last summer and it was not long until consumption developed.

November 21st he started to Oregon accompanied by his mother hoping that a change of climate would restore him but no skill of physicians nor change of climate could avail. His mother has had a severe spell of sickness since they arrived at Blodgett from which she has not fully recovered and was not able to undertake the journey home with his remains necessitating his burial in that distant state.

Clyde was a good young man, and highly esteemed by all his friends and acquaintances. He was a church member but signified to me in the last conversation I had with him his desire to unite with the church at Mt. Carmel of which the family are members.

Mrs. Snow has the sympathy of the entire community in her sad bereavement. — L.B. Madison.
