The Friends and Foundation of the Corvallis-Benton County Public Library will hold its annual Fall Festival Book Sale this weekend, organizers announced.

The three-day sale runs Friday through Sunday, Sept. 26-28, at the Corvallis library located at 645 NW Monroe Ave., which is directly adjacent to Central Park where Corvallis Fall Festival activities will be taking place.

Proceeds from the sale benefit activities in the library system, which includes locations in Alsea, Corvallis, Monroe and Philomath, as well as the bookmobile.

Friday’s sale features special early access hours from noon-3 p.m. exclusively for donors who have contributed $20 or more to the Friends and Foundation within the past year. Donations can also be made at the door to qualify for early entry. Friday’s general public hours begin at 3 p.m. and run until 5:30 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. both days with all items marked half-price on Sunday.

The sale features a wide selection of books for all ages along with media items, all priced affordably to benefit the local library system.
