Linn-Benton Community College’s annual Career Fair arrives Wednesday, April 24, in the school’s Activities Center Gymnasium on its Albany campus.

Offered in partnership with the LBCC Advising Center and WorkSource Oregon, the event will run from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. The Career Fair is free and open to anyone with access to over 100 employers.

A list of participants shows that 108 employers plan to be on hand. A full list of participants is available online.

“This annual event provides a platform for community members to connect directly with local employers,” said Marci Johnston, LBCC Career and Advising support specialist and the event organizer. “With so many businesses participating, attendees have a unique chance to network, discover career paths, and engage with potential employers right in their own backyard.”

Among those from the immediate area signed up to participate are Benton County Sheriff’s Office, Citizens Bank, Gerding Builders, Miller Timber Services, Oregon State Credit Union and Thompson Timber.
