• DUII, 9:34 p.m., Applegate Street and 13th Street, police arrested a 45-year-old Philomath woman on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants (drugs) and on a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear on a criminal citation.

TUESDAY, NOV. 9

• Crash, 1:29 p.m., Harris Road near milepost 1, deputies responded to a crash involving a commercial vehicle that went off the roadway, minor damage, tow truck pulled the vehicle from the ditch at request of the driver’s supervisor.

• Abandoned vehicle, 4:45 p.m., 24600 block of Evergreen Road, deputies checked on a vehicle that had previously been tagged; the vehicle was towed from the location.

THURSDAY, DEC. 11

• Crash, 6:23 a.m., Highway 20 and Garrett Lane, no injuries, one-vehicle crash, driver issued citations for no operator’s license and driving uninsured.
