• BCSO: Burglary, 9:54 a.m., Clemens Mill Road; deputies arrested Andrew Scott Morgan, 40, of Corvallis, who was booked on two felony counts of second-degree burglary, one felony count of first-degree criminal mischief and two misdemeanor counts of offensive littering following the investigation of a burglary that occurred at a Clemens Mill Road business.
• BCSO: Offender registration, 11:21 p.m., Highway 20 near Highway 180, Blodgett; deputies arrested Donald Gene Forste, 40, of Salem, on a felony charge of failure to report as a sex offender following a traffic stop.
