Police also arrested Briana Hope Collins, 22, of Springfield, on outstanding warrants and was cited in lieu of custody.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 10
• Driving while license suspended, 1:32 a.m., Main Street and North Seventh Street, police arrested Dustin Eugene Whinnery, 34, of Philomath, on a charge of misdemeanor driving while license suspended. Whinnery was issued a citation in lieu of custody.

• Criminal mischief (reported), 8 a.m., 3400 block of Bellfountain Road, deputies responded to a report of a vehicle hitting a mailbox, damage estimated at $200 to replace.
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 10
• Crash, time not reported, Bellfountain Road and Llewellyn Road, deputies responded to a collision involving a vehicle that failed to stop at a stop sign and was hit by another vehicle, three people were transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, deputies issued a criminal citation to David Murphy, 26, of Atlanta, on a charge of reckless driving.
• Suspicious suspect, time not reported, Old Peak Road, deputies responded to a report of a motorcyclist parked near a resident’s driveway; the individual, who also lives on Old Peak Road, said he was having issues with his motorcycle and was attempting to fix it.
