Local resident Brent Kaseman has moved into the lead position at the Philomath branch of Citizens Bank, officials announced.
Kaseman was promoted to vice president and branch manager and succeeded Kathi Harwood in the position. Harwood recently retired after nearly 45 years.
“Brent has delivered outstanding service to his customers at Citizens Bank for nearly eight years,” Gordon Zimmerman, president and chief executive officer of Citizens Bank, said through a press release. “His commitment to serving his community and his strong leadership and banking skills make him an exceptional choice to lead our Philomath branch team.”
Kaseman joined Citizens Bank in 2016 where he also currently holds the position of commercial loan officer. He currently serves the Rotary Club of Philomath’s board secretary and also volunteers as a board member and secretary of Philomath Community Services. In addition, Kaseman sits on the city’s Budget Committee.
Citizens Bank’s Philomath branch, which is located at 1224 Main St., has been in the community since 1957.
