• Medical, 10:03 a.m., 1500 block of Applegate Street.
• Medical, 11:30 a.m., 31000 block of Horse Farm Lane.
• Mutual aid, 11:54 a.m., Corvallis Fire Station 1 coverage.
• Fire alarm, 2:34 p.m., 1800 block of Main Street, alarm malfunction.

SUNDAY, JUNE 27
• Fire, 1:13 a.m., 5000 block of Southwest West Hills Road, all-county response to grass fire in Corvallis during extreme heat. Fire involved several hay bales. Philomath Fire & Rescue’s brush unit worked with the Corvallis Fire Department in extinguishing the fire for a little over an hour.
• Fire alarm, 10:55 a.m., 100 block of James Street., alarm malfunction.
• Medical, 11:12 a.m., 31000 block of Horse Farm Lane.
• Mutual aid, 11:20 p.m., 7000 block of Northeast Logsdon Road.
MONDAY, JUNE 28
• Medical, 11:09 a.m., 7200 block of Southwest Deerhaven Drive.
• Medical, 11:47 a.m., 100 block of North 14th Street.
• Lines down/arcing, 2:47 p.m., South 19th Street and Chapel Drive, telephone line only.
• Lines down/arcing, 4:49 p.m., Fern Road and Grange Hall Road, ignited a small fire and the power company responded to make repairs, no injuries, Fern Road closed for about 20 minutes.
• Medical, 5:07 p.m., 24000 block of Star Creek Drive.
• Public assistance, 8:09 p.m., 1000 block of Applegate Street.

• Medical, 6:29 p.m., 300 block of Benton View Drive.

• Small fire, 6:03 a.m., 2000 block of Applegate Street, bark dust fire at Philomath High School, about 1 square foot smoldering.
