• Public assistance, 3:56 p.m., 22000 block of Goodrich Lane.
• Medical, 4:07 p.m., 1400 block of Applegate Street.
• Fire, 6:59 p.m., 600 block of South 16th Street; Philomath Fire and Rescue reported that sparks from a barbecue caught bark dust on fire; response included one engine with three personnel and a duty officer; homeowner put water on the fire before arrival; damage estimated to be around $3,000 with damage to the house from an inspection hole that had to be cut to make sure the fire didn’t spread into the walls, plus loss of a plastic hose reel and hose.
