FRIDAY, FEB. 24

• Power lines down/arcing, 8:54 a.m., 6800 block of Southwest West Hills Road.

• Crash, 3:19 p.m., Highway 20 near Blodgett; vehicle off the road in icy conditions; minor injuries reported.

• Medical, 3:32 p.m., 300 block of North 18th Street.

• Public assistance, 4:03 p.m., 35600 block of Kings Valley Highway.

• Crash, 4:11 p.m., Highway 20 near Blodgett; vehicle off an icy road and flipped onto its side; motorist was extricated and transported to hospital with serious injuries; response included Fire & Rescue with an engine (three personnel) and a duty officer; Blodgett Fire responded with two personnel; Benton County Sheriff’s Office also responded; highway closed for 20 minutes.
