SATURDAY, NOV. 4

• 5:10 p.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a residence off Highway 34 about 3 miles southwest of Philomath for a report of cardiac arrest. An individual suffering from a fentanyl overdose died at the scene.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 1:09 a.m. in the 1600 block of Pioneer Street; 4:32 a.m. in the 100 block of North 15th Street; and 2:11 p.m. in the 300 block of Robb Place.

SUNDAY, NOV. 5

• 7:18 a.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm in the 24000 block of Columbine Drive.

THURSDAY, NOV. 9

• 5:23 a.m. — Firefighters were dispatched to Prairie View Drive in Alsea with a report of smoke in a structure. The call was canceled en route.

• 8:28 a.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a report of a vehicle down an embankment in an area near Tansy Drive. A 72-year-old woman was transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis. See separate story.
