FRIDAY, JULY 28

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to a call in the 24000 block of Gellatly Way.

SATURDAY, JULY 29

• 4:03 p.m. — Firefighters performed a smoke investigation at 2:16 p.m. in the area of Highway 20 and Shrike Way northwest of Philomath.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 11:35 a.m. on Marys Peak Road and 3:51 p.m. in the 24000 block of Gellatly Way.

SUNDAY, JULY 30

• No calls of public significance reported.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to a call reportedly with traumatic injuries at 4:15 p.m. in the 300 block of South 17th Street.

MONDAY, JULY 31

• 12:45 p.m. — Emergency personnel responded to a motorcycle crash at North Ninth Street and Heritage Hills Road. According to a report, the motorcycle left the roadway and the operator was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to a call at 9:47 a.m. in the 4700 block of Southwest 53rd Street (Corvallis).

TUESDAY, AUG. 1

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 5:26 a.m. in the 30000 block of Bellfountain Road and 2:29 p.m. in the area of Chapel Drive and Deer Creek Way.

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 2

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 4:18 p.m. and 8:36 p.m. in the 24000 block of Grange Hall Road. In addition, personnel performed a public assistance call at 10:24 p.m. in the 4100 block of Clem Road.

THURSDAY, AUG. 3

• 4:53 p.m. — Firefighters were dispatched to an area of Highway 20 about six miles west of Blodgett for a report of a roadside fire. The deputy fire chief served as the incident commander before turning it over to another agency and the response was canceled en route. See a separate story on the fire.
