• 12:01 a.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm in the 2000 block of Chapel Drive.
• 6:46 a.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm in the 2000 block of Chapel Drive.
• 10:46 a.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm in the 2000 block of Chapel Drive.
• 5:53 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm in the 2000 block of Chapel Drive. The four calls on Sunday were to Philomath Middle School and involved a power issue that was tripping the fire alarm.
• 6:16 p.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a crash on Maxfield Creek Road involving a single vehicle that slid off an icy road. No injuries were reported. See separate story.
• 6:27 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a report of a car fire at Highway 20 and Garrett Lane. The incident involved a vehicle that hit a deer and a shattered radiator appeared as though it could be smoke. No fire was found.

• 5:47 p.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a crash on Maxfield Creek Road involving a vehicle that slid off an icy road and rolled over. The dispatch was canceled en route. See separate story.
• 11:35 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm in the 500 block of Cedar Place.

TUESDAY, NOV. 28
• 6:59 a.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a crash on Bellfountain Road south of Star Creek Road involving a vehicle that rolled over in an incident attributed to an icy road. The driver and passenger suffered minor injuries. See separate story.
• 1:37 p.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a crash on Southwest Philomath Boulevard and Southwest 71st Street in Corvallis. No injuries were reported.

THURSDAY, NOV. 30
• 12:02 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a report of a structure fire in the 1800 block of Bullevard Street. The incident involved a furnace fan motor that had failed and sparked a small fire, which was contained to the furnace and extinguished by the resident. Philomath Fire and Rescue assisted with smoke removal and cutting power to the furnace.
