FRIDAY, APRIL 10

• 2:02 p.m. — Firefighters were dispatched to a smoke investigation in the 6100 block of Southwest Plymouth Drive and responded with seven personnel in an engine, brush engine and two command vehicles. Crews arrived at a controlled legal burn that was attended.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 9:16 a.m. (Highway 34), 6:15 p.m. (Kings Valley Highway) and 11:13 p.m. (Highway 34 and Grey Creek Lane).

SATURDAY, APRIL 11

• No calls of public significance reported.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 10:19 a.m. (Southwest 53rd Street, Corvallis) and 4:08 p.m. (Applegate Street).

SUNDAY, APRIL 12

• No calls reported.

MONDAY, APRIL 13

• 7:28 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm activation in the 500 block of North Eighth Street.

• 11:44 p.m. — Firefighters were dispatched to a crash reportedly with injuries in the 26000 block of Greenberry Road and responded with seven personnel in an engine, brush engine and a command vehicle. Upon arrival, crews found a single vehicle on its top and in a fence alongside the road. The driver was sitting on the side of the road with a Benton County Sheriff’s Office deputy. The vehicle was checked for other passengers or hazards with none found. A Corvallis Fire Department ambulance transported the driver to the hospital for further care.
