FRIDAY, MAY 15
• 10:48 a.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm activation in the 800 block of Main Street.
• 10:57 a.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm activation in the 800 block of Main Street.
• 5:02 p.m. — Emergency medical services personnel were dispatched to a crash reportedly with injuries at Main and 16th streets and responded with six personnel in an engine and two command vehicles. Upon arrival, crews found a low-speed single-motorcycle crash. The motorcyclist was given a medical assessment and declined transport to the hospital.

SATURDAY, MAY 16
• 9:33 a.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm activation at a location on Kings Valley Highway south of Maxfield Creek Road.

SUNDAY, MAY 17
• 5:56 a.m. — Emergency medical services personnel were dispatched to a crash reportedly with injuries on Highway 20 and responded with six personnel in an engine and a command vehicle. Upon arrival, crews found a transport van off the road with minimal damage and the driver out of the vehicle talking with law enforcement. The driver said he was uninjured and declined a medical assessment.
• 12:24 p.m. — Firefighters were dispatched to a tree fire on Fircreek Lane and responded with eight personnel in an engine, a brush truck and a command vehicle. Upon arrival, crews learned the property owner had been burning grass at the base of a tree when tree sap caught fire and climbed approximately 50 feet up the trunk with very little involvement of the limbs. Crews extinguished the fire and provided a moisture perimeter.
• 3:39 p.m. — Firefighters were dispatched to the 400 block of College Street and responded with eight personnel in an engine, a brush truck and a command vehicle. Upon arrival, crews found several smoking spots of bark dust in the front lawn of a residence. There was no immediate threat to people or structures. The landlord had earlier been using a flame device for weed abatement. Crews extinguished the fire and sprayed the entire front of the property as well as adjacent bushes.

MONDAY, MAY 18
• 11:14 a.m. — Firefighters responded to an odor investigation on Woods Creek Road.
• 1:30 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm activation in the 200 block of South 16th Street.
Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 12:43 a.m. (Dove Place), 6:09 p.m. (Homestead Road) and 7:20 p.m. (Maplewood Court).
TUESDAY, MAY 19
• No calls of public significance reported.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 20
• 10:15 a.m. — Firefighters were dispatched to a smoke investigation in the 700 block of Willowbrook Drive and responded with five personnel in an engine and a command vehicle. Upon arrival, crews could see smoke coming from an exhaust stack and could hear a diesel generator running inside the building. Crews used a thermal imager to confirm it was exhaust gas.

THURSDAY, MAY 21
• 10:57 a.m. — Emergency medical services personnel were dispatched to a crash reportedly with injuries in the 3000 block of Main Street and responded with eight personnel in an engine, a rescue vehicle and a command vehicle. Upon arrival, crews found the crash was a vehicle versus pedestrian, with the pedestrian still lying in the middle of the road, and quickly began medical care. The patient was transported to the hospital by a Corvallis Fire Department ambulance.
