• 12:01 p.m. — Emergency medical personnel responded to a crash in the 6200 block of Southwest Philomath Boulevard, Corvallis. The Philomath engine was canceled; Fire Chief Chancy Ferguson assisted with traffic control.

• 5:42 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a report of a commercial structure fire in the 26100 block of Highway 99W north of Monroe. The call was canceled en route with no fire discovered.
• 7:23 p.m. — Firefighters responded to an illegal burn in the 24400 block of Bridge Court.

• 6:21 p.m. — Firefighters provided mutual aid to the Corvallis Fire Department with coverage from Station 1 at 400 NW Harrison Blvd., Corvallis.
