SATURDAY, JUNE 21
• 7:06 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a report of a fuel spill that extended from Southwest Plymouth Drive and Southwest 53rd Street in Corvallis to Chapel Drive and Bellfountain Road near Philomath. Only a small amount of fuel was discovered, however, and Benton County officials determined that the spill was not a hazard for vehicle operation.
Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 1:05 a.m. (Rosecrest Drive) and 2:16 a.m. (Old Peak Road).
SUNDAY, JUNE 22
• 8:02 p.m. — Firefighters were dispatched to a location on Alexander Road west of Kings Valley Highway for a controlled burn by the property owner. The individual overseeing the burn was informed that the district was in fire season with restrictions in place and advised to extinguish the fire.
MONDAY, JUNE 23

TUESDAY, JUNE 24
• 7:31 p.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a report of a vehicle that according to Philomath Police had accidentally backed into a person sitting on the ground in a parking lot in the 500 block of South 13th Street. The individual was treated and transported with serious injuries to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center via Corvallis Fire ambulance.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25
• 11:16 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm that was activated in the 23000 block of Priest Road.
