SATURDAY, SEPT. 26
• 11:54 a.m. — Emergency medical services personnel were dispatched to provide mutual aid at Highway 20 and Kings Valley Highway, responding with four crew members in an engine and a command vehicle. Upon arrival, crews intercepted a transporting ambulance and added Philomath Fire and Rescue crew members to provide additional advanced life support assistance en route to the hospital.
Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 11:52 a.m. (Randall Way), 8:34 p.m. (South 29th Place) and 10:10 p.m. (Melvill Crescent).
SUNDAY, SEPT. 27
• 8:49 a.m. — Emergency medical services personnel were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash with injuries at Highway 20 and Davis Road, responding with nine crew members in an engine, a rescue truck and a command vehicle. Upon arrival, crews assisted Blodgett Rural Fire Protection District with a single-vehicle crash.

MONDAY, SEPT. 28
• 6:02 a.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm activation in the 2000 block of Applegate Street.
• 8:13 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm activation in the 600 block of Willowbrook Court.

• 12:42 a.m. — Firefighters were dispatched to provide mutual aid at Corvallis Fire Department Station 2, responding with three personnel in a ladder truck. Crews provided coverage while Corvallis firefighters were engaged in a structure fire within their district. Meanwhile, additional Philomath Fire and Rescue members came to the Main Street station to provide coverage while the crew was in Corvallis.
• 11:05 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm activation in the 2000 block of Applegate Street.
